The setup I used on my CRX cluster wasn't pretty Strung together really. The '90-91 clusters use 5 #74 bulbs, so I took apart the bulb bases and installed one of those 360° white LEDs in each (drilled out the bottom for wires and hot-glued the LED in). For the circuitry, you need to limit the current going through the LED.
